Singpass app 2.0
Redesign the 3 year old Singpass app to scale for future growth, and improve visual design of the app

Overview
The Singpass app is Singapore's National Digital Identity platform with over 3.5 million users. With this app, users are able to prove their personal identity and make secured transactions with over 340 government agencies and private sector services.
Problems
Scalability 💥
Existing app is bursting at the seams, and new features are “squeezed” into the product without a clear system.
Discoverability 🔎
Users are unaware of many of our existing features, and therefore don’t know the value of Singpass app beyond login.
This redesign aims to set stronger foundations for the next stage of growth of the Singpass app.

The project happened across a period of 4 months with a planned timeline and activities shown below. We had a team of 6 working in this project, 2 researchers and 4 designers.

With our data from card sort, prototyping certain ideas and conducting Usability Tests
